The Elephant (Al-Feel)
5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon) before Daybreak (Al-Falaq)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Have you not seen how your Lord dealt with the people of the elephant? 1 Did He not utterly confound their artful planning? 2 And He sent against them flights of birds 3 (While) you were pelting them with stones of porphyritic lava, 4 And made them like green crops devoured (by cattle)? 5
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
