O Ye who believe! devour not usury, multiplied manifold; and fear Allah, haply ye may fare well. 130 And fear the Fire prepared for the unbelievers, 131 Obey Allah and the Messenger in order to be subjected to mercy. 132 ۞ And hasten to the for-giveness of your Lord and to a Paradise as vast as the heavens and the earth, prepared for the God-fearing. 133 who spend in prosperity and in adversity, for those who curb their anger and those who forgive people. And Allah loves the charitable 134 And those who, if they commit a shameful act or some wrong against themselves, remember God and seek forgiveness for their sins: For who can forgive except God? They should not be perverse about their doings, knowingly. 135 Those, their recompense is forgiveness from their Lord and Gardens underneath which rivers flow, where they shall live for ever. How excellent is the wage of those who labor. 136 Indeed there have been examples before you; therefore travel in the earth and see what was the end of the rejecters. 137 This is a clear statement for men, and a guidance and an admonition to those who guard (against evil). 138 Faint not nor grieve, for ye will overcome them if ye are (indeed) believers. 139 if you have suffered a wound, they too have suffered a similar wound. We bring these days to men by turns, so that God may know those who believe, and choose witnesses from among you; and God does not love the unjust, 140 And so that Allah may purify* the believers, and destroy the disbelievers. (* Forgive them their sins, if any.) 141 Did you think that you would enter Paradise even though Allah has not yet seen who among you strove hard in His way and remained steadfast? 142 You had wished to know death before you faced it (in battle); so now you have seen it before your own eyes. 143
