O you who have believed, do not consume usury, doubled and multiplied, but fear Allah that you may be successful. 130 guard yourself against the Fire prepared for those who deny the truth, 131 And obey Allah and the Messenger (Muhammad SAW) that you may obtain mercy. 132 ۞ And hasten to forgiveness from your Lord; and a Garden, the extensiveness of which is (as) the heavens and the earth, it is prepared for those who guard (against evil). 133 Those who spend (of that which Allah hath given them) in ease and in adversity, those who control their wrath and are forgiving toward mankind; Allah loveth the good; 134 And those who, having done something to be ashamed of, or wronged their own souls, earnestly bring Allah to mind, and ask for forgiveness for their sins,- and who can forgive sins except Allah?- and are never obstinate in persisting knowingly in (the wrong) they have done. 135 For such the reward is forgiveness from their Lord, and Gardens with rivers flowing underneath,- an eternal dwelling: How excellent a recompense for those who work (and strive)! 136 Some traditions have been tried before you – therefore travel in the land and see what sort of fate befell those who denied. 137 This is an explanation for mankind, a guidance and an advice to the pious. 138 Do not, then, either lose heart or grieve: for you shall surely gain the upper hand if you are true men of faith. 139 If a wound (and killing) has touched you, be sure a similar wound (and killing) has touched the others. And so are the days (good and not so good), We give to men by turns, that Allah may test those who believe, and that He may take martyrs from among you. And Allah likes not the Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doers). 140 so that God may purge those who believe and wipe out those who deny the truth. 141 Do you suppose that you would enter the Garden, without God knowing those among you who would strive hard for His cause and endure with fortitude? 142 And verily ye used to wish for death before ye met it (in the field). Now ye have seen it with your eyes! 143
