Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

Have you seen him who denies the Recompense? 1 It is he who turns down the orphans 2 and urges not the feeding of the needy. 3 So woe unto those performers of Salat (prayers) (hypocrites), 4 who are heedless of their prayers (delaying them from their prescribed times), 5 Those who make show [of their deeds] 6 and deny people the articles of common necessity. 7

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
