Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

Hast thou seen him who cries lies to the Doom? 1 It is he who turns away the orphan 2 And encourages not the feeding of the indigent. 3 So woe unto those performers of Salat (prayers) (hypocrites), 4 Who are heedless of their prayer; 5 Who would be seen (at worship) 6 And withhold things of common use (from others). 7

Almighty Allah's Truth.
