Charity (Al-Maa'oon)
7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Beholdest thou him who belieth the Requital? 1 So it is he, who pushes away the orphan, 2 And does not urge to feed the needy. 3 Woe, then, to those who pray, 4 Who delay their Salat (prayer) from their stated fixed times, 5 to those who make display 6 And do not let others ask for small utilities. 7
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
