In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
HAST THOU ever considered [the kind of man] who gives the lie to all moral law? 1 Such is the one who repulses the orphans away, 2 And does not induce others to feed the needy. 3 So woe to the praying ones, 4 Those who are neglectful of their prayer. 5 Those who (want but) to be seen (of men), 6 And withhold things of common use (from others). 7
