Charity (Al-Maa'oon)
7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
Have you seen the one who calls the religion a lie? 1 That is he who repulses the orphan 2 And does not induce others to feed the needy. 3 Woe, then, to those who pray, 4 who become confused during their prayers, 5 who show off, 6 And refuse Al-Ma'un (small kindnesses e.g. salt, sugar, water, etc.). 7
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
End of Surah: Charity (Al-Maa'oon). Sent down in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
