Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

HAST THOU ever considered [the kind of man] who gives the lie to all moral law? 1 It is he who pusheth away the orphan, 2 and never encourages the feeding of the destitute. 3 Woe, then, to those who pray, 4 Those who are neglectful of their prayer. 5 who show off (his good deeds) 6 Who are uncharitable even over very small things. 7

Almighty Allah's Truth.
