Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Have you considered him who calls the judgment a lie? 1 That is he who repulses the orphan (harshly), 2 and does not urge others to feed the needy. 3 Ah, woe unto worshippers 4 but are heedless in their Prayers, 5 Who dissimulate 6 And withhold the necessaries of life. 7

True are the words of God the Almighty.
