Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Did you see him who gives the lie to the Reward and Punishment of the Hereafter? 1 Who turns away the orphan, 2 and who does not urge the feeding of the poor? 3 So ruin is to those offerers of prayer – 4 Who are heedless of their prayer; 5 Who would be seen (at worship) 6 Who are uncharitable even over very small things. 7

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
