Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Hast thou observed him who belieth religion? 1 That is he who repelleth the orphan, 2 and urges not the feeding of the needy. 3 So woe to the praying ones, 4 [But] who are heedless of their prayer - 5 They who would be seen, 6 Yet refuse small kindnesses! 7

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
