Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

Seest thou one who denies the Judgment (to come)? 1 Behold, it is this [kind of man] that thrusts the orphan away, 2 And does not urge (others) to feed the poor. 3 So woe to those that pray 4 Who are unmindful of their prayers, 5 those who want only to be seen and praised, 6 and, withal, deny all assistance [to their fellow-men]! 7

God the Almighty always says the truth.
