Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

Just look at him, who belies the religion! 1 It is he who pusheth away the orphan, 2 And urgeth not the feeding of the needy. 3 Ah, woe unto worshippers 4 Who are unmindful of their prayers, 5 Who do (good) to be seen, 6 And refuse Al-Ma'un (small kindnesses e.g. salt, sugar, water, etc.). 7

Almighty God's Truth.
