Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

Hast thou observed him who belieth religion? 1 It is he who turns down the orphans 2 And urges not the feeding of AlMiskin (the poor), 3 So woe to those who pray 4 [But] who are heedless of their prayer - 5 Who would be seen (at worship) 6 and deny people the articles of common necessity. 7

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
