Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

Did you see him who gives the lie to the Reward and Punishment of the Hereafter? 1 Then such is the (man) who repulses the orphan (with harshness), 2 And does not induce others to feed the needy. 3 Woe, therefore, unto such performers of prayer. 4 Those who are neglectful of their prayer. 5 Who do (good) to be seen, 6 and refuse charity. 7
