Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

Have you seen the one who denies the Recompense? 1 For that is the one who drives away the orphan 2 and feels no urge to feed the needy. 3 So woe to those who pray 4 whose hearts from their prayer are remote 5 who show off (his good deeds) 6 and refuse charity. 7

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
