Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

Hast thou observed him who belieth religion? 1 It is he who turns away the orphan 2 And urgeth not the feeding of the poor, 3 Woe, therefore, unto such performers of prayer. 4 but whose hearts are not in their prayer. 5 who show off (his good deeds) 6 and deny people the articles of common necessity. 7

God the Almighty always says the truth.
