Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

HAVE YOU SEEN him who denies the Day of Judgement? 1 So it is he, who pushes away the orphan, 2 and who does not urge the feeding of the poor? 3 Woe, therefore, unto such performers of prayer. 4 Who are neglectful of their prayers, 5 Those who (want but) to be seen (of men), 6 And do not let others ask for small utilities. 7

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
