HAST THOU ever considered [the kind of man] who gives the lie to all moral law? 1 It is he who turns down the orphans 2 And urgeth not the feeding of the poor, 3 Woe to those who pray, 4 Who are unmindful of their prayers, 5 Who dissimulate 6 and prevent the utensils of assistance. 7
