Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Just look at him, who belies the religion! 1 Behold, it is this [kind of man] that thrusts the orphan away, 2 And urges not the feeding of AlMiskin (the poor), 3 Woe, then, to those who pray, 4 but whose hearts are not in their prayer. 5 Who do (good) to be seen, 6 Who are uncharitable even over very small things. 7

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
