Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Have you seen him who denies the Recompense? 1 That is he who repelleth the orphan, 2 And does not induce others to feed the needy. 3 Woe, then, to those who pray, 4 Those who are neglectful of their prayer. 5 Who do (good) to be seen, 6 And do not let others ask for small utilities. 7

True are the words of God the Almighty.
