Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

Have you considered him who calls the judgment a lie? 1 It is he who turns down the orphans 2 And urges not the feeding of AlMiskin (the poor), 3 Woe to those who pray 4 Who are neglectful of their prayers, 5 those who want only to be seen and praised, 6 and, withal, deny all assistance [to their fellow-men]! 7

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
