Thorns (Al-Masad)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

The power of Abu Lahab will perish, and he will perish. 1 What will his wealth avail him, and all that he has gained? 2 Burnt soon will he be in a Fire of Blazing Flame! 3 and his wife, laden with firewood 4 Around her neck is a rope of [twisted] fiber. 5

God the Almighty always says the truth.
