Thorns (Al-Masad)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Key (Al-Faatehah) before The Rolling (Al-Takweer)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Destroyed were the hands of Abu Lahab, and he lay utterly doomed. 1 His wealth will not suffice him, neither what he has gained; 2 He shall soon burn in fire that flames, 3 and also his wife who carries the fuel, 4 Around her neck will be a rope of palm fibre. 5

Almighty God's Truth.
