Thorns (Al-Masad)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Key (Al-Faatehah) before The Rolling (Al-Takweer)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

DESTROYED WILL BE the hands of Abu Lahab, and he himself will perish. 1 His wealth and gains will not exempt him. 2 [In the life to come] he shall have to endure a fire fiercely glowing; 3 And his wife, the wood-carrier, 4 A rope made from palm fibre around her neck! 5

Almighty God's Truth.
