Thorns (Al-Masad)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Key (Al-Faatehah) before The Rolling (Al-Takweer)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

Perish the hands of the Father of Flame! Perish he! 1 His wealth and what he earns will not avail him. 2 He shall soon enter a Blazing Fire, 3 And his wife, the portress of fire wood, 4 Will have a strap of fibre rope around her neck. 5

Almighty Allah's Truth.
