Thorns (Al-Masad)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
Perish the two hands of Abu Lahab (an uncle of the Prophet), and perish he! 1 His wealth and gains will not exempt him. 2 He will soon enter the flaming fire. 3 and so too will his wife who (threw thorns and firewood in the Prophet's way). 4 shall have a rope of palmfiber around her neck! 5
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
