Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Elephant (Al-Feel) before People (Al-Naas)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

Proclaim (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “I take refuge of the One Who creates the Daybreak.” 1 from the evil of what He has created, 2 "and from the evil of the black darkness whenever it descends, 3 from the evil of the women who blow on knots; 4 and from the evil of the envier when he envies.” 5

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
