Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Elephant (Al-Feel) before People (Al-Naas)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Say: “I seek refuge with the Lord of the rising day; 1 From the mischief of created things; 2 from the evil of darkness when it gathers, 3 “And from the evil of the witches who blow into knots.” 4 And from the evil of the envier when he envieth. 5

True are the words of God the Almighty.
