Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Elephant (Al-Feel) before People (Al-Naas)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

Say: "I seek refuge with (Allah) the Lord of the daybreak, 1 "from the evil of aught that He has created, 2 And the evil of evening darkness when it overspreads, 3 from the evil of the blowers on knots; 4 "and from the evil of the envious when he envies." 5

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
