Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Elephant (Al-Feel) before People (Al-Naas)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

Say: “I seek refuge with the Lord of the rising day; 1 From the evil of what He has created, 2 from the evil of the darkness when it gathers 3 "and from the evil of all human beings bent on occult endeavours, 4 "and from the evil of the envious when he envies." 5

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
