Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Elephant (Al-Feel) before People (Al-Naas)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

SAY: "I SEEK refuge with the Lord of rising day 1 against the evil of whatever He has created. 2 "and from the evil of the black darkness whenever it descends, 3 from the evil of the blowers on knots; 4 and from the evil of the envier when he envies.” 5

True are the words of God the Almighty.
