Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Elephant (Al-Feel) before People (Al-Naas)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

SAY: "I SEEK refuge with the Lord of rising day 1 from the evil of what He has created, 2 "and from the evil of the black darkness whenever it descends, 3 "And from the evil of the witchcrafts when they blow in the knots, 4 And from the mischief of the envious one as he practises envy. 5

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
