Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Elephant (Al-Feel) before People (Al-Naas)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of the dawn, 1 From the evil of that which He hath created, 2 "And from the evil of the darkening (night) as it comes with its darkness; (or the moon as it sets or goes away). 3 "And from the evil of the witchcrafts when they blow in the knots, 4 and from the evil of the envier when he envies.” 5

God the Almighty always says the truth.
