6 verses, revealed in Mecca after Daybreak (Al-Falaq) before Absoluteness (Al-Ikhlaas)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

SAY: "I SEEK refuge with the Lord of men, 1 The King (or Ruler) of Mankind, 2 the Lord of mankind 3 from the evil of the slinking whisperer 4 Who suggests evil thoughts to the hearts of men -- 5 From among the jinns and men. 6

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
