People (Al-Naas)

6 verses, revealed in Mecca after Daybreak (Al-Falaq) before Absoluteness (Al-Ikhlaas)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of people, 1 The King of men, 2 the True God of mankind, 3 “From the evil of the one who instils evil thoughts in the hearts – and stays hidden.” 4 Who suggests evil thoughts to the hearts of men -- 5 both jinn and people.' 6

True are the words of God the Almighty.
