6 verses, revealed in Mecca after Daybreak (Al-Falaq) before Absoluteness (Al-Ikhlaas)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

Say: 'I take refuge with the Lord of men, 1 The King of mankind, 2 the God of men, 3 From the evil of the retreating whisperer - 4 Who suggests evil thoughts to the hearts of men -- 5 whether he be from the jinn or humans.” 6

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
