Children of Israel, remember My blessing wherewith I blessed you, and fulfil My covenant and I shall fulfil your covenant; and have awe of Me. 40 And believe in what I have sent down which verifies what is already with you; and do not be the first to deny it, nor part with it for little gain; and beware of Me. 41 Do not mix truth with falsehood and do not deliberately hide the truth 42 Attend to your prayers, give the zakat [prescribed alms] and bow down with those who bow down. 43 ۞ Do you order righteousness of the people and forget yourselves while you recite the Scripture? Then will you not reason? 44 And seek aid in steadfast patience and prayer: and this, indeed, is a hard thing for all but the humble in spirit, 45 Who know that verily they are going to meet their Lord, and that verily unto Him they are going to return, 46
