O Children of Israel! Remember My favour wherewith I favoured you, and fulfil your (part of the) covenant, I shall fulfil My (part of the) covenant, and fear Me. 40 And believe in what I have sent down (this Quran), confirming that which is with you, [the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)], and be not the first to disbelieve therein, and buy not with My Verses [the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)] a small price (i.e. getting a small gain by selling My Verses), and fear Me and Me Alone. (Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. I, Page 253). 41 Do not confuse truth with falsehood, nor conceal the truth knowingly. 42 And establish prayer and give zakah and bow with those who bow [in worship and obedience]. 43 ۞ What! do you enjoin men to be good and neglect your own souls while you read the Book; have you then no sense? 44 And seek help in patience and prayer; and truly it is hard except for those who prostrate before Me with sincerity. 45 (They are those) who are certain that they are going to meet their Lord, and that unto Him they are going to return. 46
