Lo! as for those whom the angels take (in death) while they wrong themselves, (the angels) will ask: In what were ye engaged? They will say: We were oppressed in the land. (The angels) will say: Was not Allah's earth spacious that ye could have migrated therein? As for such, their habitation will be hell, an evil journey's end; 97 Except those who were forcibly subdued among men, and the women and children, unable to devise a plan and unaware of the way. 98 For those it is expected that Allah will pardon them, and Allah is ever Pardoning and Forgiving. 99 ۞ Whosoever emigrates in the way of Allah shall find in the land numerous refuges and abundance. Whosoever leaves his house an immigrant to Allah and His Messenger and then death overtakes him, his wage shall have fallen upon Allah. Allah is the Forgiver, the Most Merciful. 100
