▼ 8 The Spoils of War
Al-Anfaal 8 of 10

Let not the unbelievers think that they can get the better (of the godly): they will never frustrate (them). 59 Make ready for them all thou canst of (armed) force and of horses tethered, that thereby ye may dismay the enemy of Allah and your enemy, and others beside them whom ye know not. Allah knoweth them. Whatsoever ye spend in the way of Allah it will be repaid to you in full, and ye will not be wronged. 60 ۞ If they incline to peace, incline you as well to it, and trust in Allah. Surely He is All-Hearing. All-Knowing. 61 And should they seek but to deceive thee [by their show of peace] - behold, God is enough for thee! He it is who has strengthened thee with His succour, and by giving thee believing followers 62 And united their hearts; had you spent all that is in the earth, you could not have united their hearts, but Allah united them; surely He is Mighty, Wise. 63 O Prophet, sufficient for you is Allah and for whoever follows you of the believers. 64
