AND, INDEED, We have set up in the heavens great constellations, and endowed them with beauty for all to behold; 16 And We have kept it guarded from every outcast devil. 17 Save him who stealeth the hearing, and him there followeth a flame gleaming. 18 We have spread out the earth and set upon it firm mountains. Everything We have caused to grow therein is justly weighed; 19 And We have made in it means of subsistence for you and for him for whom you are not the suppliers. 20 And there is not a thing but with Us are its treasuries, and We do not send it down except in a known measure. 21 And We send the winds fertilizing (to fill heavily the clouds with water), then caused the water (rain) to descend from the sky, and We gave it to you to drink, and it is not you who are the owners of its stores [i.e. to give water to whom you like or to withhold it from whom you like]. 22 It is We who give life and cause things to die and We are the sole Heirs. 23 To Us are known those of you who hasten forward, and those who lag behind. 24 Your Lord will resurrect them all; He is All-wise and All-knowing. 25
