And verily in the heaven we have set mansions of the stars, and We have beautified it for beholders. 16 and We have guarded it from every accursed devil: 17 But he who steals a hearing, so there follows him a visible flame. 18 And the earth - We have spread it and cast therein firmly set mountains and caused to grow therein [something] of every well-balanced thing. 19 And We have made for you therein means of living and [for] those for whom you are not providers. 20 And there is not a thing the treasure* of which is not with Us; and We do not send it down except by a known measure. (* The power to create it.) 21 We send impregnating winds and send down water from the sky for you to drink and you have no (control over its) storage. 22 for, behold, it is We - We alone - who grant life and deal death, and it is We alone who shall remain after all else will have passed away! 23 We know the people who lived before you and those who will come into existence after you. 24 Lo! thy Lord will gather them together. Lo! He is Wise, Aware. 25
