And indeed, We have put the big stars in the heaven and We beautified it for the beholders. 16 And We have preserved it from every accursed devil, 17 Save him who stealeth the hearing, and them doth a clear flame pursue. 18 And the earth - We have spread it out wide, and placed on it mountains firm, and caused [life] of every kind to grow on it in a balanced manner, 19 And We have provided therein means of living, for you and for those whom you provide not [moving (living) creatures, cattle, beasts, and other animals]. 20 And there is not a thing, but with Us are the stores thereof. And We send it not down except in a known measure. 21 And We send the winds fertilizing (to fill heavily the clouds with water), then caused the water (rain) to descend from the sky, and We gave it to you to drink, and it is not you who are the owners of its stores [i.e. to give water to whom you like or to withhold it from whom you like]. 22 Truly, it is We who bring to life and We who cause death and We are the inheritor of all things. 23 We know those who lived before you and those who will come after you. 24 Assuredly it is thy Lord Who will gather them together: for He is perfect in Wisdom and Knowledge. 25

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
