Al-Hijjr 2 of 6

And We have placed within the heaven great stars and have beautified it for the observers. 16 And We have guarded it (near heaven) from every outcast Shaitan (devil). 17 Except one who steals a hearing and is pursued by a clear burning flame. 18 And the earth have We spread out, and placed therein firm hills, and caused each seemly thing to grow therein. 19 and there appointed for you livelihood, and for those you provide not for. 20 With Us is the source of everything and We do not send it down except in a known quantity. 21 We let loose fertilizing winds, and bring water from the sky for you to drink; and you could not have stored it up for yourselves. 22 It is indeed We Who grant life and cause death and it is We who shall be the sole Inheritors of all. 23 And assuredly We know those of you who have gone before and those who will come hereafter. 24 Assuredly it is thy Lord Who will gather them together: for He is perfect in Wisdom and Knowledge. 25
