And indeed, We have put the big stars in the heaven and We beautified it for the beholders. 16 and We have made them secure against every satanic force accursed 17 Except him (devil) that gains hearing by stealing, he is pursued by a clear flaming fire. 18 And the earth We have spread out (like a carpet); set thereon mountains firm and immovable; and produced therein all kinds of things in due balance. 19 and provided thereon means of livelihood for you [O men] as well as for all [living beings] whose sustenance does not depend on you. 20 And there is not a thing, but with Us are the stores thereof. And We send it not down except in a known measure. 21 We send fertilizing winds, and then cause rain to descend from the sky, providing you abundant water to drink even though you could not have stored it up for yourselves. 22 And verily We! it is We who give life and death, and We shall be the survivors. 23 We know the people who lived before you and those who will come into existence after you. 24 Assuredly it is thy Lord Who will gather them together: for He is perfect in Wisdom and Knowledge. 25
