Indeed We created man from sounding clay made out of black smelly mud. 26 As We fashioned jinns before from intense radiated heat. 27 And when your Lord said to the angels: Surely I am going to create a mortal of the essence of black mud fashioned in shape. 28 And when I have proportioned him and breathed into him of My [created] soul, then fall down to him in prostration." 29 All the angels prostrated before Adam 30 except Iblis who refused to join with the others in prostration. 31 Said He: "O Iblis! What is thy reason for not being among those who have prostrated themselves?" 32 He said, "Never would I prostrate to a human whom You created out of clay from an altered black mud." 33 God told him, "Get out of the garden; you are rejected 34 “And indeed you are accursed till the Day of Judgement.” 35 He said: My Lord! then respite me till the time when they are raised. 36 (Allah) said: "Respite is granted thee 37 till the Day the time whereof is known [to Me alone]." 38 (satan) said: 'My Lord, for Your perverting me, I shall make (matters) in the earth seem most fair to them and I shall pervert all, 39 except for Your chosen servants." 40 Said He: "This is, with Me, a straight way: 41 Lo! as for My slaves, thou hast no power over any of them save such of the froward as follow thee, 42 And surely Hell is the promised place of them all: 43 It has seven gates, and through each gate a portion of them belong. 44
