Truly, the God-fearing shall dwell amid gardens and fountains -- 45 “Enter them with peace, in safety.” 46 And We will root out whatever of rancor is in their breasts-- (they shall be) as brethren, on raised couches, face to face. 47 No fatigue will touch them nor will they be expelled therefrom." 48 ۞ (O Prophet), declare to My servants that I am indeed Ever Forgiving, Most Merciful. 49 and that My punishment is a painful one. 50 And tell them of Abraham's guests, 51 When they came to him and said: "Peace," he answered: "Truly we are afraid of you." 52 They said: Be not afraid! Lo! we bring thee good tidings of a boy possessing wisdom. 53 "You bring me the good news now," he said, "when old age has come upon me. What good news are you giving me then?" 54 They said, "We have, indeed, given you glad tidings in truth; do not therefore despair." 55 He said, “Who is it that despairs from the mercy of his Lord, except those who are astray?” 56 And asked them: "What matter, O angels, brings you here?" 57 They answered: "We are sent to people lost in sin [who are to be destroyed,] 58 All except the household of Lut; surely we are going to deliver all of them. 59 "Except his wife, who, We have ascertained, will be among those who will lag behind." 60
