"Truly! The Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - see V. 2:2) will be amidst Gardens and water-springs (Paradise). 45 They will be told: "Enter it in peace and security." 46 And We shall purge their breasts of all traces of rancour; and they shall be seated on couches facing one another as brothers. 47 "No sense of fatigue shall touch them, nor shall they (ever) be asked to leave it." 48 ۞ Inform My bondmen that undoubtedly, I surely am the Oft-Forgiving, the Most Merciful. 49 and that My punishment is a painful punishment. 50 Tell them of Abraham's guests. 51 When they entered upon him and said, "Peace." [Abraham] said, "Indeed, we are fearful of you." 52 They said, "Do not be afraid. We come to you with good news. You shall have a son who shall be endowed with great knowledge." 53 He said, "Have you given me good tidings although old age has come upon me? Then of what [wonder] do you inform?" 54 They said, "We have, indeed, given you glad tidings in truth; do not therefore despair." 55 He said, "No one despairs of the mercy of his Lord except those who are in error. 56 Abraham said: "What then is the business on which ye (have come), O ye messengers (of Allah)?" 57 They said: Surely we are sent towards a guilty people, 58 "Except the family of Lot whom we shall save 59 But not his wife; we have decreed that she will be of those staying behind. 60
